Featuring: Moccs By Robin

Instagram has led me to find some amazing shops with some amazing products for my girls.
I came across Moccs by Robin on instagram and it was right before Kendall started walking.  I was on the search for shoes that would be easy for my peanut to walk in and that was stylish at the sam time.  I got both with these adorable shoes.

Lindsey was nice enough to send these adorable black and white polka dot moccs to Kendall.  When they arrived and I showed them to Kendall she got so excited and she yelled "moccs".  Yes my baby knows what moccs are and she loves them.

I love how there are so many AWESOME fabric options to choose from, go check out her etsy shop HERE.  The quality of these moccs are great, they are very well made and have held up awesome with very active always on the go toddler.  These moccs are more geared towards non walkers cause they don't have a sole on the bottom, the bottom is layered with 2 layers of flannel.  Kendall does wear these outside and they have held up great so far.  We love the polka dots, they go really well with everything.  Lindsey is incredibly sweet and her shipping was fast.  Her prices are great.

I've found that with Kendall's thin little feet that it was hard to find slip on shoes that fit and would stay on but these fit great and are really easy to get on and off.  So all in all these are great and have held up really well to crazy 20 month old toddler.

Go follow Moccs by Robin on instagram HERE
Go heart Moccs by Robin's etsy shop HERE

You will fall in love with these moccs as much as we have.  So go and buy your little ones a pair or they make the perfect gift for someone!

Kendall is 20 months old

Kendall Morgan,

Yet another month has passed and you are that much closer to being TWO years old.  This month just like every other month has gone by in the blink of an eye.  I still don't want to think about you being so close to turning 2 cause you know what that means...your not my little baby anymore and your turning into such a big girl.  Mommy is not ready for you to be such a big girl yet, if I had it my way you would be my little baby forever.  But we both know that that cant happen, so I'll enjoy your littleness while I can. You are growing and changing so much everyday.  You are saying so many new words, your exploring and discovery new adventures around every turn.

SLEEPING: Since we returned home from our CA trip you have been sleeping in till 8-8:30 and since your sleeping in so late you have cut out your morning nap that you usually take at 9-9:30.  You are a great sleeper and have no problems putting yourself to sleep at nap and bed time.  You only get your pacifier at nap and bedtime unless you find one that mommy didn't know about.  We will try to have you off the pacifier by the time your 2...hopefully!

EATING: You are an awesome eater and when anyone is eating, no matter what you are doing you will track them down and say "me, eat"  You love your food.  Some of your favorites are...bananas, watermelon, blueberries, pineapple, chicken nuggets, asparagus, eggs and cookies (only when you got potty on the big girl potty)

POTTY TRAINING:  At 20 months your older sister was almost all the way potty trained.  You are almost ready to start potty training but we are going to hold off until after your two.  We just have to many trips coming up in the coming months to even attempt to potty train.  We will continue to put you on the potty when you say you want to go.  You've went potty in the big girl potty 4 times and you get so excited each time, you like when we pour in the big potty and you can say "bye bye" to it.

PERSONALITY: You have the biggest personality and you have the power to make everyone around you smile and be happy right along with you.  You can hold your own most of the time with your sisters and you will be the first to let them know when you don't like them doing something that you don't like.  You have always been and still continue to be the happiest kid.  Your so much fun to be around and I think you may take after your older sister Keira and be a social butterfly too.  You love to tell people hi all the time.

Capitola Beach Vacation {Part II}

We had wind in our hair and sand on our feet (and also in our hair)
This beach trip was amazing.  It was just what we needed, we had so much fun as a family and made some pretty great memories.  This beach trip something that we as a family look forward to every year for the past 3 years.

Watching the girls explore and play on the beach was so much fun.  Watching Kendall walk like Frankenstein when she walked on the sand for the first time was priceless, I loved watching Kaylee get so excited with each wave, watching Keira collect feathers and build a fort around me was so fun.

Until next year....

JUNE 10TH - Aquarium Day
Everytime we stay at the beach we always go to the aquarium.  We always have such a great time and the girls seem to like it more and more each time we go.  This year our favorite was the jellyfish!

JUNE 11TH
We had a relaxing day.  Jason's mom wanted to get a family picture and a picture of them with the 4 granddaughters on the beach.  After getting pictures we went out to lunch on the water at Fog Bar.

 Keira had the sour face cause the sun was in her face!

JUNE 12TH - Uncle Patrick's 21st Birthday
We had a pretty low key day.  We walked around the street downtown and just hung out.  It was too cold to go down and play on the beach.  After nap time we all got ready and headed out to dinner for Jason's little brother's 21st birthday.  After we came home, Jason and his brother Antheney took Patrick out to go bar hoping.

JUNE 13TH - BEACH DAY

JUNE 14TH - OUR LAST DAY
Saturday was our last day at the beach.  Kendall went down for a nap and Jason and I went downtown for some much needed us time.  Something that we don't get very often!  So we went and shared a clam chowder bread bowl and got some drinks.  It was so nice to just spend that one and one time with him.  When we got back we got the sand toys ready and as soon as Kendall woke up we headed to the beach.  The weather on this trip was amazing.

We left the beach on Saturday afternoon and headed back to Jason's moms house.  On Sunday morning we loaded up and headed up to the mountains to hang out with Jason's dad for Father's Day and ride some razors around.  It was a lot of fun and the girls had a blast.  After being in the mountains half the day we headed to Jason's aunts house to visit with a bunch of family and have a fun BBQ.  It was so nice to be able to see everyone.

Monday was jam backed with stuff to do.  First up on Monday morning was dropping off the older girls with a friend and Jason, the baby and I heading to Target & Macy's to go register for our wedding.  OMG that was so much fun.  After registering we picked up the girls ran a few more errands and then went to go get my stud of hubby and his groomsmen fitted for there tuxs.   I am getting so extremely excited for the wedding.  The girls flower girl dresses came along with there shoes, necklace and headbands.  The most exciting part was that I HAVE MY DRESS!! After the guys got fitted we headed to dinner with all of them and some family.

Tuesday morning we said good bye to grandma and grandpa and made the journey back home to Texas.  The ride home was ok, this was the longest trip the girls have ever been on.  But we made it home and we even got to spend a few extra days with daddy before he had to leave to go back to work!

All in all great vacation!

Capitola Beach Vacation {Part I}

This is our 3 year spending a week at a beach house in Capitola.  This is one trip we look forward to each year.  It allows us to spend a lot of time as a family and make some awesome memories in the process.  This year I wasn't sure if Jason would be able to attend with his work schedule, but everything lined up just right and he was 2 days behind us.  I am so happy that Jason was able to come, I was sad thinking of all the fun he would be missing out on while here.

The few days leading up to leaving for the beach, I started to get really nervous.  At the end of the week I would be boarding a plane for the second time with my girls and I would be by myself. (insert mom panic)  I knew the big girls would be ok on the flight, but I was more worried about how the baby would do.  She doesn't like to sit still, the kid is always on the move.  But much to my surprise all 3 of the girls did awesome.  We left San Antonio and made a stop in San Diego (no plane change) and then from San Diego to Oakland.  We met grandma and grandpa at the airport and the sheer joy on the girls faces when they saw grandma at the bottom of the stairs by baggage claim was priceless.

The first few days of our vacation were spent at the beach.  The weather in the morning started off a little cooler and then by the afternoon it was warmer.  We spent those days playing in the sand, building sand castles and splashing in the water.  This was Kendall's first time playing in the sand and she had a blast.  She got extremely mad when it was time to clean up and head back to the house.  It's so much fun to see how much they love the sand.  The beach is my favorite place to be and I'm so glad that my girls love it just as much.
