Sisterly Love

If the girls would let me I would follow them around and take pictures of them all day.  I mean they are probably relieved that they go to school and get away from me and the camera for a couple hours.  I'm kidding I don't chase them like a crazy person taking pictures of them (or do I?)  But when I am able to get them to take pictures for me they always turn out so good!

 

When your almost 7 & 5 taking pictures for your mom becomes a hassle, they would rather be doing anything else but taking pictures.  Coloring, watching cartoons, riding bikes, playing dress up and everything in between beats putting a smile on your face.  But when they do allow me take pictures of them I always love it.  It also gives me an excuse to update pictures on my wall. 

 

 

Being the oldest I always wished that I would have a little sister, well that never happened.  I ended up with 3 younger brothers.  Don't get me wrong I love all of them but there's nothing quite like having a sister in your life.  That's why I'm so glad that I have all girls, they have each other an always built in best friend.  Someone to share clothes with, someone to tell there secrets to, someone to fight with over dumb stuff, someone that will always be there for them.  Each of the girls have a special bond with the other.  I hope the bond they do share never fades.

Sunday Funday

The weekends are our favorite!  It's time that we get to spend together as a family, whether is be just being lazy around the house watching movies or going to visit family.  On Sunday since we didn't have anything planned we decided to go visit Jason's grandparents.  They have a ranch with some amazing pictures spot so I decided while we were up there I would take some of Kaylee's 7 year / birthday pictures and they turned out amazing!  The girls love going to visit the horses and skip (throw) rocks into the creek.  I love it too, it's so peaceful and calming there.

Once we were done taking pictures and visiting with the horses we headed up to his grandparents house.  The first thing the girls want to do when we always get there is swim in the pool!  I mean I don't blame them, the pool is amazing!  The weather was amazing and we all had a lot of fun.  We BBQ and swam the day away, we may have also ate too much ice cream!  You cant say NO when grandma offers you ice cream!  It was a great day, the ones I live for.

 

 

Friday Fashion: Sassy Small Fry

This outfit even though it's simple might be a favorite, everyone loves a good monochrome outfit.  These jean shorts from Farm Fresh Denim are our new fav, they were actually the Black OG skinny jeans and they got too short but I loved the distress on them and the fit so I had to make them into shorts, keep a look out cause these beauties will be hitting Farm Fresh Denim shop soon!  Y'all need this outfit.

This tee & hat from Root Avenue are amazing! Either can be mixed and matched to make tons of different outfit choices.  Which is the best of both worlds, being able to get lots of use out of pieces is the best.  I mean this white tee will go with anything, you can dress it up a little bit or for a more casual look.

This photo shoot was so fun to shoot with her, her sass definitely shined like whoa!  I always love when her true personality comes out in the photos.  Enjoy the cuteness overload and have a great weekend
