Before I was a mom...

Thank you for the dress help from my post yesterday.
The winner is dress #3...I loved it and hubby liked that one best too

* * * * * * * * * *

Before I was a mom I only cared about myself and what outfit I was going to wear and what I was going to do with my friends that day.

Before I was a mom poppy diapers, buggers, drool and throw up were never in my vocabulary until now

Before I was a mom I never knew my heart could love two little beings as much as I love my girls

Before I was a mom I never experienced sleepless nights that didn't have to do with hanging out with friends or Jason until my babies came along

Before I was a mom I didn't realize how special date nights really are

Before I was a mom I didn't fully understand the joy and excitment parents got from each little thing their child did until I got to experience it first hand

 Before I was a mom I knew nothing of sacrifice

Before I was a mom I would just grab my purse and walk out the door now it takes at least 30 minutes or more before getting out the door.

Before I was a mom I never cared about going to the park until I saw the joy and fun it brought to my girls.

Before I was a mom I didn't think I would ever know the words or be singing along to Fresh Beat Band or the Bubble Guppies

Before I was a mom I never thought I would lose contact with some of my best friends from high school

Before I was a mom I never thought I'd get to stay home everyday but staying home with my girls is the best job I could ask for!

Before I was a mom I never realized how special it is to have your child tell you they love you for the first time until Kaylee said it to me, melt my heart!

But I can say since becoming a mom my life has changed for the better.  I couldn't imagine one day without my girls.  As a mom I've have good days and bad days but the good days out weigh all those bad days.  My girls have made me such a proud mommy.  I am so excited to see what the future has in store for us.  Being a mommy is the most joyous thing.

What was your life like before you became a mom?
