1. Thank you ladies so much for all your super sweet comments on Kaylee's 3 year pictures. I think these pictures are some of my favorites of her. My plan is to print one out and hang it on the wall and then get a bigger frame to go around it and put it above her new big girl bed. I cant wait to start decorating the girls room. This picture is my favorite!
2. We are still throwing around ideas on what to do for Kaylee's birthday/Mother's Day. We're thinking the zoo, the train museum or making a picnic & going to a cool park we haven't been to yet. Hopefully we can agree on something soon and get it all planned.
3. I have some sad sad news. I got a call from our breeder on Saturday informing me that 5 out of our 7 pups were sick. Since Saturday I've been in contact with her everyday and the puppies contracted some kind of super nasty virus from someone that came to look at them (potential buyer) and they've been so sick and that the 5 sick puppies have died. I am so sad. She had manchester puppies there that got sick and died too. She has a liter of puppies that are a month old that she's hoping and praying don't get sick. So if you guys could say a little prayer to keep the remaining puppies sick free. RIP 5 little puppies.
4. The one chore that I absolutely hate doing is laundry. I don't mind putting the laundry in the washer and then putting it in the dryer. But once it makes it to the basket I totally dread putting it away. I procrastinated so long and kept doing laundry and then just adding it to the baskets each time that yesterday when the hubby had no more socks in his drawer that I had to then put away like 4 loads of laundry. It sucked. Even after putting all those clothes away I had like 3 loads of laundry still to do! Geez it's never ending! So maybe I'll learn from my mistake and put them away sooner...maybe!
5. The other day while the carpets were getting cleaned in the new house we headed over to the dollar store to get some stuff for Kaylee's party. I needed to get some table cloths. I also picked up some stuff for the favors for the kids and some funky glasses for the photo booth. Kaylee helped me put all the stuff in the bags for the favors with eating some of the candy.
6. On Monday daddy brought home one of their trackers from work and the girls thought it was the greatest thing ever. So we put them in the seat together and they pretended to drive, it was so cute. We even got the cat to sit with them for about .5 seconds. haha
7. Kona is such a good dog, she lets these girls do whatever to her. Last night after dinner Jason let her in the house and Kaylee put her cupcake purse around Kona's neck and then put her Olivia doll inside the purse so that Kona could give her a ride. Kona left it in there and both the girls thought it was hilarious! Later Kaylee decided while she laying down that she was going to sit on Kona's back and ride her like a horse.
8. Last night after the girls went to bed my brother & Jason ran out to get some ice cream. I decided I wanted to change it up and get a chocolate shake instead. They were suppose to go to Cold Stone but there were way to many people so they went to Baskin Robbins. So I relaxed on the couch while drinking my shake and watching the dreamy Phillip Phillips on American Idol. LOL

I am new you your blog and have enjoyed looking over your past posts.
ReplyDeleteYour daughters 3 year old pictures are just beautiful!
Oh the shake looks great...I just did a post about my love for ice cream!
Aww so sorry to hear about the puppies! :( Praying the others stay nice and healthy!
ReplyDeleteI am the EXACT same way with laundry. I've started doing a load a day and putting it away as soon as it's dried and I'm amazed at the difference it's made! Of course some days I need to do more than one load (sheet changing day).
I'm glad I'm not the only one that likes Phillip Phillips! Isn't that the best rocker name ever? hehe
oh, that makes me so sad about the puppies! =( But Kaylee's pics are precious!
ReplyDeleteThat is so sad about the pups. :( Poor things. :(
ReplyDeleteSO SAD about the puppies :( Im so sorry!
ReplyDeleteAnd I think Cullen and Kaylee have the same birthday! THe 13th?? It kills me that he is about to be 3!
I'm so sorry to hear about the puppies, how sad =(
ReplyDeleteAnd i'm with you on the laundry thing. I could put laundry in the washer and dryer all day long, but when it comes to folding it, that's for the birds! haha =)
Your girls are so beautiful! I LOVE that first picture!
ReplyDeleteAlso, so sad about the puppies!! Oh my goodness that is awful- we put a deposit down on a boxer puppy a couple years ago and we had the name, were sent pictures we were so excited to pick her up- she went to the vet and found out she had a large heart murmur and most likely wouldn't make it. I was SO sad- I started crying, and I didn't even know the dog, but when your heart is set on it and it's the background to your phone and your computer....it's really hard. So technically our Roxie is now is Roxie2 haha It all worked out in the end though!
