Kaylee & Keira meet their sister

10.29.12
I was looking foward to this day since I found out I was pregnant with baby #3.
I was looking foward to see how the girls would react to their new sister.
I was hoping that they would LOVE her as much as her daddy and I did.
What I didn't expect was them to be totally OBSESSED with her.

It is such an amazing feeling watching them with her.  She's only been here for 4 days and they love her more than anything (mom heart bursting with joy).

Jason's mom brought the girls home on Monday 10.29.12 afternoon after they woke up from their nap.  I headed outside to throw away one of Kendall's yucky diapers when I heard two familiar little voices at the end of the driveway.  I saw Keira first and she was so happy to see me, calling "mommy mommy mommy" while she was running up the driveway, she noticed the baby in my arms.  She then reached her arms up and said "mommy me have baby".  Then Kaylee came running over all excited and couldn't wait to see the baby.  She kept saying over and over "Baby sissy is so cute".  I was so happy to see them and so happy to have them home.

We all came inside cause the girls really wanted to hold the baby.  Kaylee went first and did such a great job holding her.  It was so cute to see her with the baby.

Then grandma held the baby and Keira came over and said "no gama, baby is mine!" haha so Keira got to hold baby sissy.  She did really well too.

Then it was time for the baby to eat so I took her from Keira, who in turn threw the biggest tantrum.  She kept screaming at me "NO mom, that's my baby give her back".  LOL

I would say the first meeting was a SUCCESS.  Now we would just have to wait and see how the rest of the week played out and if they were still obsessed with her.  I was so happy to have us all together as a family of 5.  The rest of the night went pretty well.  The girls did test their limits quit a bit, so daddy had to step in a lot to disapline them.  Kaylee then wanted to hold the baby again so to make it easier for her I swaddled her and then let Kaylee hold her which was easier for her and she held her for over an hour.  She kept patting her and telling her "hi".
