My girls are pretty as a flower

The girls & I spent the morning hanging out together watching cartoons, reading books and looking cute as a button!  I've gotten the honor to sleep in for the past 3 days, it's been fabulous!  Yes Keira still is waking up once at night but she's sleeping in longer.  Kaylee goes to bed at 8:30 and Keira goes to bed at around 9:00-9:30.  Keira wakes up around 3-4 and then falls right back to sleep and she's been waking up between 8-8:30.  Now if I could just get her to sleep all the way through then it would be pure happiness.

I have been feeling less zombie like since I've been able to sleep better at night.  I'm really hoping that she starts sleeping through the night soon.  I have to admit I'm jelous of the families who's little ones sleep through the night but then I'm happy to know that I'm not the only mommy who's got a 5 month old that doesn't sleep through the night yet either.

  

I'm so happy to have this great weather.  I just went through Keira's clothes last night after her bath.  All the 3 & 3-6 month clothes have been taken out and have been packed up.  They are going to be SOLD so that I can go buy more cute clothes for her & Kaylee.

  

This Mother's Day will be my first Mother's Day as a mommy of 2.  Last year was my first Mother's Day since my daughter made me wait 3 extra days, little stinker!  We're going to Jason's moms for breakfast and then I'm not sure what will be in store for the rest of the day.  It will be a little sad cause I wont get to celebrate Mother's Day with my mom since she's in Colorado.  But I am excited to spend the day with my girls and my hubby!

  

Kaylee loves to read her books and it's so cute to watch Kaylee trying to read them to Keira.  She'll sit next to her and show her the pictures in the book.  When I've had a really stressful day with both girls crying at the same time, Kaylee not listening and throwing tantrums or it's just been one of those days, watching my girls together just makes me forget about everything and makes me happy.

For easter Kaylee got these little animal finger puppet toys, that she loves to stick on her fingers.  She thinks it's the funest thing around.  But she does get mad when she get them all on her fingers by herself!  This kid HATES to ask for help, she's very independent but gets pissed off when she cant do it herself.  I try to help her sometimes and I get "no mama I do".
