I got my first tattoo as a graduation present from my parents. I was 18 and went down with my mom and friend. When I first got it I loved it. But now that I look back maybe I should have thought it through a little more before getting it.

After I got pregnant and had Kaylee I knew I wanted to get another tattoo that incorporated her name and birth date. I thought about getting her foot and then decided against it. I wanted something different. Then I got pregnant with Keira, so now I want something that incorporates both of them in one tattoo.
While searching around I came across this native american feather tattoo. You might ask why I would want to get that...both Jason & I have native american in us which means so does the girls. It's fitting right?! I love the spot that it's in. It can be hidden if I need it to be. I want to get the girls names in the feathers somewhere. Just looking at the placement of this makes me cringe cause I'm sure it will hurt like hell. So I'm hoping within the next few months to go and get it done.
I also really like wrist tattoos and I like this, I would rotate it and change it to LOVE instead

ReplyDeleteI like the infinity symbol - I've seen that with the word faith and really liked it. I have 4 tattoos myself...three of which incorporate my Egyptian background. One of those is on my foot and it's both my kids' names in Arabic on the top of my foot. I like the placement of the feather, too - that's pretty cool!
ReplyDelete1. DO IT! i want another tattoo too, but i always say i'll have another baby before i get another one, unless I can get an epidural for one. LOL. i'm such a baby. the one i have hurt so bad and its soooo small. hahahah!

Very cool! I've always wanted one on my ankle or top of my foot, but am too chicken to do it. Now, I can just live vicariously through you. :)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that feather tattoo! And the placement, love love love it. And your first one is pretty cool too, it's held up pretty good color-wise! (Not saying you are super old or anything, swear ha)
